All 18 bedrooms are individual in size and design. All have en-suite facilities, with either a bath or shower and W.C.

All rooms have colour TV, radio/alarm clock radio, tea and coffee hospitality tray, direct dial telephone and are centrally heated.

Rooms are usually available from 2pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure.

For the convenience and comfort of all our guests, bedrooms are designated 'Non Smoking'.

We have; 2 Single rooms, 3 Twin bedded, 1 Family room, 3 Four-posters and 9 Double bedded rooms.

The hotel offers a free wireless internet access to all guests.

Superior rooms are either south facing with sea views or on the east elevation with sea glimpses and overlooking the downland up toward Thorncombe Beacon. We have one inland facing superior
room with a four poster bed. Two of our sea facing superiors have four poster beds. We have one inland, north facing superior room.

Standard rooms are slightly smaller in size to the superior and are located on the North and West Elevations of the hotel, looking out over surrounding countryside and National Trust downland.
